About the Event

Danielle Dayries founded DMD & Associates, Inc. over 20 years ago to provide self-branding and career management services to professionals at all levels of their careers. She is often requested to provide career development workshops for Fortune 500 organizations and some of the largest government agencies in the US. Danielle’s keynotes, training sessions, and workshops instill an “I can do it!” mentality in every individual. Her strategies allow her audience to engage in their own awareness, attitude, and action plans which creates a life changing shift from stagnant to unstoppable. 

In addition to delivering interactive workshops, she serves as a guest columnist for numerous publications where she provides leading edge advice on branding and career development topics.  Based in New Orleans, Danielle and her team also provide career pathway classes for economically disadvantaged students for schools throughout the city. In addition, she provides professional development workshops for the Loyola University Women's Leadership Academy the New Orleans ABWA and has served on numerous Equal Pay Day panels and orchestrated salary negotiation workshops for the American Women’s Business Association, FestiGals and numerous Women’s Leadership Conferences.
