About the Event
Caprice Cline has been a lifelong leader and successful business person - first as a Catering Sales
Manager for the Baton Rouge Hilton, then working for Avon Products in a Corporate position for 22
years - recruiting, training and developing tens of thousands of women and earning top accolades every
step of the way. She ran Divisions in Oklahoma and Louisiana producing $75 million+/ year over her
illustrious career.
Along with her 3 adult children, Josh, Sam and Alex, Caprice started Cypress Roofing in July 2019. In
2021, the business was ranked #9 for Women Owned Businesses in the Business Report Book of Lists
with 8.5 million in sales and in 2023, ended the year with over 11.5 million in sales and now have a staff
of over 20.
