Kayla is a financial advisor at Edward Jones. In her practice, she covers all aspects of financial planning. Her goal at the end of every appointment is to make sure you walk away with more knowledge than you had coming in. She is passionate about finding out what's important to people and building a custom & comprehensive plan for them to achieve their goals. 

She's a true Virgo – she loves taking all of the puzzle pieces and finding the best way to organize them all together. She recently became a Certified Financial Planner, which is the highest regarded designation in her field. Now that she's not studying every day, outside of work you can find her spending time with friends and family or planning a trip to anywhere that has a cat café.  

She graduated from LSU in 2010 and since moving back to Louisiana from Connecticut several years ago, she has been involved in the local community. She currently serves as Vice President of the You Aren't Alone Project, a mental health nonprofit in Baton Rouge. She is also an Ambassador for BRAC and a mentor with Big Buddy.
